Okay, so if I’m going to save all my veggie ends to make stock, I figured I should save the end pieces of our loaves of bread to make bread crumbs. Just pop into a freezer bag, when I have several slices, dry them out in a low temp. oven, then zap them in the food processor. If I want italian bread crumbs, when needed, I’ll just add some parm cheese and italian seasoning. Pretty simple.
